Cocktails & Songs
Most people have a signature drink - with or without spirits. The choices are varied: Chai (tea) or Long Island Ice Tea, Arnold Palmer, Irish Coffee, Flat white, Chocolate Martini, Cosmo, Margarita, Pina Colada, Wine, or Scotch on the rocks ... the list goes on - some with fancy names and others that are suggestive. Here are some I am familiar with. And this is why I LOVE this Bar!!! youtu.be/guXPtg-G0mU

Margaritaville - Jimmy Buffett
Watermelon Margarita
Ingredients: 6oz fresh watermelon juice (from about 1½ cups chopped seedless watermelon, blended and strained); 2oz tequila, preferably blanco; 2oz Cointreau (optional)
2oz fresh lime juice (from 1 to 2 large limes), rinds reserved;
Ice, as needed
Preparation:
Prepare the salted rim, if using: In a small shallow bowl or plate, combine the sea salt and Tajín. Using one of the squeezed lime halves, run it along the rim of two rocks glasses, then dip the rims into the salt mixture
In a shaker filled with ice, combine the watermelon juice, tequila, Cointreau (if using), lime juice. Shake to combine. (Note: The watermelon flavor shines brighter without the Cointreau, but the liqueur takes the drink into more traditional margarita territory.)
Fill the glasses with ice, then strain the margaritas into the glasses and enjoy immediately.
